Terms and Conditions:

1. All prices are inclusive of 18 % VAT, vessel, crew and fuel up to 30 nautical miles, towels, bedding water and soft drinks.

2. Crew gratuities are not included (10% recommended)

3. Fuel consumed above 30 nautical miles will be charged at market price per litre at the date of purchase.

4. All charters bookings are subject to 25 % deposit and full settlement prior to the Charter. Extras will be covered through advanced provision allowance (APA).

5. Charters are subject to an APA as follows:

a. 10% of the Charter Fee, up to 1 Day charters; and

b. 30% of the Charter Fee for any days above one day charter.

The APA is paid at the day of charter. An APA is a form of security deposit to cover costs such as all additional fuel, water sports equipment, harbour, berthing, pilot and divers' fees, customs formalities, water, electricity and taxes outside Malta, food and beverages, personal laundry  and any communication costs.

The APA is refunded in full or in part subject to additional services that you may wish to order whilst on charter.

6. We have a selection of fine menus provided by Hilton Malta and Palazzo Parisio. However, should you prefer casual dining we have a selection of cold cuts and cold pasta dishes provided by Pebbles.

7. Charters duration as follows:

- 1 Day charters start at 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Charterers who wish to sleepover will be subject to a surcharge of 100% on the daily charter fees stated above. Sleepover vessels are to berth by 3.00 pm the following morning.

- 1/2 Day charters start from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, or 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, or 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm.

8. Vessels are subject to availability

9. Bookings are subject to a 10% cancellation policy if booking is cancelled one week before the charter date. The deposit will be forfeited in full in case the booking is cancelled at any time under one week.

10. If the weather is deemed, by the captain of the yacht, to be bad enough to cancel the charter then the deposit will be refunded in full or alternatively a credit will be issued depending of your requirements.

11. All charters start and end at the Sunseeker Malta Office, The Quay, Portomaso Marina, Portomaso, St Julians. However, we may agree with Charterers for an alternative location.
